Qualifications:
- Graduate or Equivalent
- Minimum 6 months of experience in tele-calling (Recovery and PAR collection)
Responsibilities:
- Conduct tele-calling to PAR clients for collection and recovery purposes
- Handle PT generation and follow-ups until closure
- Manage data and perform basic MS Word tasks
