Job Opportunity: Trainer/Training Manager

Introduction

Are you an experienced Trainer/Training Manager looking for a new challenge? Shubham Training Team is hiring for multiple locations – Pune/Mumbai, Gurgaon/Delhi/NCR, Chennai, and Lucknow. If you have a strong background in the Banking and Finance industry, along with 5-8 years of Training experience and local language fluency (Marathi for Pune, Telugu for Hyderabad), we’d love to hear from you!

Position: Trainer/Training Manager

locations – Pune/Mumbai, Gurgaon/Delhi/NCR, Chennai, and Lucknow

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with Business Heads and Regional HR to understand specific business needs and conduct regular Training, Coaching, and Development activities.
2. Monitor and identify evolving Training & Coaching opportunities, perform Gap Analysis, and design content tailored to each business.
3. Deliver engaging Training & Coaching interventions to ensure sustained learner engagement.
4. Foster cross-functional collaboration by working with other Training Partners as required.
5. Track ROI, generate reports, and maintain dashboards to evaluate the effectiveness of Training initiatives.
6. Travel as needed and manage vendors when required.

Requirements:

1. 5-8 years of Training experience as a Trainer and Content Creator.
2. Fluency in the local language – Marathi for Pune and Telugu for Hyderabad.
3. Prior experience in the Banking and Finance Industry is essential.
4. Demonstrated expertise in both individual contribution and management.
5. Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
