HIRING: Unit Manager for Chaitanya Microfinance
Introduction:
Are you a dynamic and experienced professional in the Microfinance industry? We are currently looking for a Unit Manager to lead our operations in the Deoria, Maharajganj, Varanasi, and Central Uttar Pradesh regions. As the Unit Manager, you will be the driving force behind the success of approximately 3-4 branches in your region.
Position: Unit Managers for Microfinance
Location – Deoria, Maharajganj, Varanasi, and Central Uttar Pradesh
Responsibilities:
- Establish and manage branches within the designated region.
- Ensure strict adherence to operational processes and guidelines.
- Meet business targets and drive growth in the region.
- Oversee the management of the loan portfolio and effectively manage risks.
- Recruit and train staff to create a high-performing team.
- Provide regular reports and updates to the Regional Manager.
Qualifications and Experience:
- A Graduate/MBA degree is required.
- At least 4-10 years of experience in the Microfinance industry, preferably with exposure to MFI and NBFC-MFI operations.
- Candidates with current experience as Area Head or Senior Branch Manager will be given preference.
