Hiring for Assistant Manager – HR in Fusion Microfinance

Introduction

We are looking for a dynamic and talented Assistant Manager – HR to join our team at Fusion Microfinance. The ideal candidate should have 2 to 5 years of relevant experience and preferably possess an MBA in HR from an NBFC background. Proficiency in English, Telugu, and Hindi is essential for effective communication.

Position: Assistant Manager – HR

Location: Andhra Pradesh & Telangana

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition: You will be responsible for self-sourcing, headhunting, conducting recruitment drives, and handling mass hiring for front-liners and other critical resources within the organization.
  • Comfortable with Travel: This role requires frequent travel to various locations within Andhra Pradesh and Telangana to fulfill recruitment and HR-related activities effectively.
  • Onboarding: You will be in charge of managing pre and post-onboarding activities with 100% accuracy, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience for new hires.
  • Employee Engagement: Drive employee engagement initiatives at the branch level, following the plan provided by the Corporate office, to foster a positive work environment and boost employee morale.
  • Exit Management: Handle attrition and retention strategies and conduct exit interviews to gather valuable feedback from departing employees.
  • Grievance Handling: Efficiently address and resolve grievances raised by branch-level employees, ensuring a harmonious work environment.
  • Performance Management: Oversee the performance management system, implement Performance Improvement Plans (PIP), and handle disciplinary matters when necessary.
  • HR Deliverables: Provide timely and effective HR solutions to address the needs of the business.
  • Other Operational Activities: Assist with various HR operational activities to ensure the smooth functioning of the HR department.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2 to 5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably from an NBFC background.
  • MBA in HR or a related field is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in English, Telugu, and Hindi for effective communication with employees from diverse linguistic backgrounds.
  • Strong talent acquisition skills, including self-sourcing and headhunting abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively engage with employees at all levels.
  • Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills to address grievances and disciplinary matters.
  • A proactive and result-oriented approach toward HR initiatives.
  • Willingness to travel frequently to various locations within Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.
