Qualifications:

• Graduate or Equivalent
• Minimum 6 months of experience in tele-calling (Recovery and PAR collection)

Responsibilities:

• Conduct tele-calling to PAR clients for collection and recovery purposes
• Handle PT generation and follow-ups until closure
• Manage data and perform basic MS Word tasks
