Position 1: PPP Expert cum Team Leader
Educational Qualification: MBA/CA or equivalent Professional
Experience: Minimum 15 years post-qualification experience in the Infrastructure sector.
Candidate Profile: Worked on at least 5 PPP transactions/projects, with 2 as a Team Leader/Project Manager. Worked as a financial expert in at least 5 Government assignments/projects, with 2 being PPP projects worth Rs. 100 Crore Capital Cost each. Also worked as a contract/procurement expert in at least 5 Government assignments/projects, with 2 being PPP projects.
Position 2: Finance Expert
Educational Qualification: MBA/CA/CFA or equivalent
Professional Experience: Minimum 10 years post-qualification experience in the field of project financing, financial modeling, structuring, project appraisal, and investment analysis.
Position 3: Procurement cum Contract Expert
Educational Qualification: Graduate in Law/MBA Professional Experience: Minimum 7 years post-qualification experience in procurement and contract management & documentation.
Position 4: Urban Expert
Educational Qualification: Graduate in Civil Infrastructure Engineering/Architecture/Planning Professional Experience: Minimum 10 years post-qualification experience in urban infrastructure, development, planning, etc.
