Are you a seasoned professional with a strong background in Microfinance? We’re seeking a proactive and skilled Zonal Manager Operations (ZMO) to lead and oversee operations across our branches in Daltonganj, Jharkhand.
Role Overview:
As the Zonal Manager of Operations, you’ll play a pivotal role in our success story. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and supervising 10 to 15 branches, focused on Joint Liability Groups (JLG)
- Demonstrating expertise in Microloans to make informed decisions
- Showcasing effective leadership to guide your team
- Navigating remote locations and branches as required
- Applying your minimum 5 years of MFI sector experience to drive operational excellence
Qualifications:
We’re looking for candidates with:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in the MFI sector
- Graduation in any subject
- Proficiency in Microloans and an understanding of JLG
Location:
Based in the culturally rich city of Daltonganj, Jharkhand, you’ll lead operations in this vibrant region.
