🔍 Position: Assistant Manager – Internal Auditor

🎓 Qualification: B.Com or M.Com

🕒 Experience: Minimum 2 years in Audit within MFI, NBFC, finance, or banking sectors

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive internal audits to assess financial operations, risk management, and compliance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to industry regulations and internal policies.
  • Identify potential areas of improvement and recommend effective solutions.
  • Prepare detailed audit reports with findings and recommendations for management review.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce (B.Com/M.Com).
  • A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in auditing within MFI, NBFC, finance, or banking sectors.
  • Strong understanding of industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
