As a Credit Processing Associate, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth processing of loan applications, contributing to the success of our financial operations.
Positions: Credit Processing Associate
Location: Kolkata, Burdwan, Siliguri, Guwahati, Jorhat, Bhubaneswar, Cuttack, Sambalpur, Jamshedpur, Muzaffarpur, Patna, Purnia & Ranchi
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Collect and organize all necessary documents from various channels including Branch, DSA, and DST, following the provided checklist.
- Verify and ensure the completeness of documents submitted with loan applications.
- Actively follow up on incomplete loan applications and supporting documents.
- Maintain detailed records of discrepancies and ensure accurate documentation.
- Manage the inward and registration process of files, maintaining meticulous records and reports.
- Facilitate the collection of upfront fees in coordination with the file.
- Enter lead information into the LLPS System and generate unique file numbers for each physical file.
- Initiate vendor reports such as Legal Opinion Report, Valuation Report, and Contact Point Verification Report.
- Ensure timely follow-up for pending reports and additional documents.
- Generate and review Credit Bureau Scores for each applicant.
- Conduct CERSAI searches and maintain relevant records.
- Complete the LLPS journey of each file up to the Pre-Screen work step.
- Thoroughly ensure that all information and documents are accurately entered into LLPS before progressing to the next stage.
- Coordinate with applicants, builders, DSAs, and DSTs for additional information or clarification during loan processing.
- Collaborate to address queries raised by maker/checker/sanctioning authority.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Effective communication and coordination abilities.
- Familiarity with loan processing systems and procedures is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
Salary: Up to 3 Lakhs
