Reporting to: Associate Director
📅 Job Title: Consultant (Deputy Vice President / Assistant Vice President designation, performance-based extension)
Responsibilities:
- Spearhead fundraising efforts in coordination with our dynamic team
- Lead project planning, execution, and reporting
- Maintain strong relationships with donors and government bodies
- Conduct field visits to project sites
- Facilitate capacity-building initiatives
- Excel in time-sensitive task completion
- Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail in all aspects
- Communicate effectively through various written forms
- Thrive both independently and within a collaborative environment
- Juggle multiple tasks with unwavering dedication
Qualifications:
- MBA/Post Graduate/Graduate (BBA, BA, B. Com)/MSW/MA (Sociology Economics) or equivalent
- 3-5 years of experience in Microfinance, Livelihoods, MSME, and Development Sector (Field and Office)
- Strong analytical and communication skills (written and oral)
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
