As a Unit Manager, you will be the driving force behind the success of your designated region, overseeing approximately 3-4 branches. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of activities, including branch establishment, process adherence, achieving business targets, managing loan portfolio risks, recruitment, staff training, and reporting to the Regional Manager.

Qualifications:

• Graduate/MBA
• 4-10 years of experience in MFI or NBFC-MFI
• Preferably, candidates with a background as Area Heads or Senior Branch Managers are encouraged to apply
