Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Regional HRBP for a well know retail brand. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the HR functions for the West and North regions of our organization. Your primary focus will be on talent acquisition, with a secondary emphasis on operations.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement regional talent acquisition strategies that align with company goals
- Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment plans
- Manage the full cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Oversee bulk hiring initiatives for the region
- Ensure compliance with all hiring laws and regulations
- Qualifications:- 2 to 9 years of HR experience with an emphasis on talent acquisition and bulk hiring
- Retail industry experience strongly preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a team
CTC :- Upto 9 LPA
