Muthoot Microfin Ltd is seeking a Zonal Manager – Training and Development
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the training programs for employees at all levels, including onboarding, skills development, and leadership training.
- Collaborate with department heads and senior management to identify training needs and design effective training programs to address them.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and key performance indicators.
- Monitor and analyze training metrics to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for innovation.
- Manage and lead a team of trainers and training coordinators, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of training initiatives.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in training and development.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Training, and Development, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
- Proven experience in training and development, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively deliver training programs to diverse audiences.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Capacity to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and other training software.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned zone.
He or She will be based out at Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
