We Are Hiring For Section Head – Accounts for a Leading Chemical Manufacturing organization.
Role:
- Monitor activities relating to vendor invoices accounting, payment to vendors, issue of debit notes, reconciliation of accounts, follow up on vendor Form C, MIS report on vendor outstanding / aging, and other related statutory compliances
- Check vendor accounts on a fortnightly/monthly basis & take up the matter with the Purchase dept /vendors
- Timely prepare accounts and general ledger/subsidiary ledgers, analysis of expenses, and reconciliation
- Daily management of the Fund in coordination with CFD
Budgeting & Forecasting –
- Prepare the budget for the salt verticals and track the actual performance against the budget on a monthly basis.
- Prepare Flash, monthly financial and operational analysis report and submit timely to unit head & HO along with necessary suggestions for improvement of operation
- Compliances of statutes & accounting standards: Ensure timely compliance of all statutory requirements/ guidelines including CFD compliance and Corporate Governance
- GL Scrutiny, Ledger Monitoring: To ensure regular GLscrutiny for accurate financials and to establish internal control related to all ledgers including activities related to Head Office
- Insurance & Risk analysis: Coordination for valuation & insurance coverage of Plant & ensure timely settlement of all Insurance claims
Requirements:
1. Experience – 4+ and maximum upto 8 years
2. Should have handled a team
3. Should have worked on #SAP
CTC: 15 LPA
Team handling exp. mandatory
