Position Overview:-
As a Sr. Executive/AM – Sales at our IT/ITES company, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue generation through effective sales strategies and client relationship management. You will play a critical role in identifying prospective clients, establishing strong connections, and closing sales deals. We are seeking a highly motivated individual with a proven track record in B2B sales, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the IT/ITES industry.
Responsibilities:-
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and exceed sales targets.
- Identify and build relationships with potential clients in the IT/ITES industry through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
- Understand clients’ needs and requirements, and propose suitable IT/ITES solutions to address their business challenges effectively.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, demonstrations, and proposals to key decision-makers.
