Job Profile:

As an Operations Executive at Prayas Financial Services Private Limited in Gurgaon, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the company’s operations within this thriving city. Here is a brief overview of the key responsibilities:

1. Quality check of loan files: You will be responsible for meticulously reviewing loan files to ensure accuracy and adherence to the company’s policies and procedures.
2. Loan eligibility check: Assessing the eligibility of loan applicants by carefully analyzing their financial documents and other relevant information to determine their suitability for loan approval.
3. KYC verification: Conducting Know Your Customer (KYC) verification of loan applicants to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and mitigate potential risks.
4. Coordinating with branches: Collaborating with various branches of Prayas Financial Services as and when required to facilitate effective communication and information sharing.
5. Loan file onboarding: Assisting in the smooth onboarding process of approved loan files by ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and in order.

Desired Qualifications:

To be considered for this position, the following qualifications are required:

1. Graduate in any stream (B.Com preferred): A bachelor’s degree in any discipline is necessary, with a preference for candidates who have completed a degree in Commerce (B.Com).
2. Minimum 6 months of experience in data backend operations: Applicants should have at least six months of prior experience in data backend operations, preferably within the finance or banking sector.
