Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly experienced National Sales Head for Education Institutional Loan in Chennai, Hyderabad, or Pune. As the National Sales Head, you will be responsible for all aspects of the business, including sales planning, market development, team and account management, portfolio quality, and risk assessment for secured and unsecured lending. Here are the key responsibilities:

  • Business Ownership: Take ownership of the entire business, including sales planning, market development, team management, and account management for B2B loans in the education institutional segment.
  • Market Expansion: Drive the development of new markets across India and facilitate geographical expansion to maximize business opportunities.
  • Sales Team Leadership: Build and lead a highly productive sales team, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure optimal performance.
  • Sales Training: Train sales team members on collection methods, documentation requirements, and performance strategies to enhance their effectiveness in meeting sales targets.
