1️⃣ Project Manager:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in managing development projects.
• At least 5 years of experience in the MSME/Industries domain.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in program implementation at a leadership role.

2️⃣ Enterprise Development Manager:

• At least 8 years of demonstrated experience working with State Governments/public agencies in establishing business and marketing linkages.
• Prior work experience in the MSME sector.
• Experience with lead buyers in India or other developing economies would be an added advantage.

3️⃣ Primary Assessment and Research Expert:

• Minimum 5 years of total experience working with Center/State Governments/Public agencies/Private organizations in MSME/Capacity Building/Industrial Promotion.
• Prior work experience of writing DPRs (Detailed Project Reports) for MSMEs/MSME Clusters/Industries/Industrial Parks.

4️⃣ Finance and Banking Expert:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the collection of financial data, analysis of financial statements, coordination with institutions for finance facilitation.
• Experience in the appraisal of business plans and financing MSME.

5️⃣ MSME Marketing and Communication Expert:

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in working in industries/MSME sector.

Your Profile:

• Relevant educational background and/or certifications in the respective field (if applicable).
• Strong knowledge and expertise in the specific domain.
• Proven track record of success and achievements in related roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Proficient in using relevant software and tools (mention specific ones if necessary).
