Location: Dwarka New Delhi

Responsibilities:

• Develop persuasive and compelling proposals for fundraising activities, effectively communicating the value proposition of Save Housing Finance.
• Handle the end-to-end documentation process related to fundraising initiatives, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
• Collaborate with the team to design and execute effective fundraising strategies and campaigns.
• Conduct thorough research to identify potential donors and sponsors who align with our organization’s mission and values.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with donors, sponsors, and key stakeholders, providing them with regular updates and building a network of support.
• Represent Save Housing Finance at fundraising events, conferences, and networking opportunities, effectively conveying our vision and goals.

Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in fundraising, preferably in the housing finance sector.
• Strong understanding of fundraising techniques, strategies, and best practices.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to create impactful proposals and deliver compelling presentations.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills, allowing you to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Meticulous attention to detail, with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite.
