Job Description:

We are looking for a Cluster Credit Manager with expertise in LAP (Loan Against Property) to join our team. As a Cluster Credit Manager, you will be responsible for managing the credit evaluation and approval process for LAP applications. This role requires a thorough understanding of credit analysis, risk assessment, and loan underwriting.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate LAP applications and assess creditworthiness.
• Conduct thorough credit analysis, including financial statement analysis, collateral assessment, and risk evaluation.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Make sound credit decisions and recommend appropriate loan terms and conditions.
• Collaborate with the sales team to provide guidance on credit-related matters and resolve any credit-related issues.
• Monitor the performance of the LAP portfolio and recommend necessary actions.
• Stay updated on market trends, industry developments, and regulatory changes related to LAP.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Credit Manager, specifically in LAP.
• Strong understanding of credit analysis, risk assessment, and loan underwriting.
• Familiarity with financial statements, collateral assessment, and credit reports.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Good knowledge of regulatory guidelines and compliance requirements.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and make sound credit decisions.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
