Position: Regional Trainer

Location: Nagpur, Maharashtra

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality training support across the region.
- Conduct PROP and Induction Training for new hires.
- Deliver Policy and Process Training to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Conduct Operational Training sessions across branches, adhering to established guidelines.
- Engage in hand-holding activities with staff to ensure enhanced retention and productivity.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Graduation degree required; MBA preferred.
- Experience: 2 – 4 years in the NBFC/MFI/BFSI sector.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey training content.
- Proven promptness in being aware of process and policy changes.
