Confirmation Appraisal:-

  • Better understanding of the process of the confirmation.
  • End-to-end confirmation appraisals process, Employee self-appraisal form, manager feedback, confirmation letter creation, approval, release and acknowledgment ( HRMS Portal understanding is mandatory to cross verify the recommendations)

Annual Appraisal:-

  • Should understand the process of annual appraisal also should have ability to learn the process of calendar code creation in HRMS
  • Annual appraisal – Employee eligibility assessment, collated ZBH recommendation, identified star and low performers, estimated appraisal percentage, letter release & communications
  • Should have great communication skills to coordinate with the RHR to collect the pan India recommendations.

HR Support:

  • Employee grievances handling by involving relevant stakeholders
  • communicating with the new hires for the required and missing
  • documents and auditing the same.
  • Review calling for the Confirmation letters and the appointment letters

SOP creation:

  • Collateral Creation: SOP preparation, Knowledge articles / guides for new hires, Forms & Templates
  • Should have ability to create any SOP for others reference for maintaining the standards  

Employee Engagement:

  • Arrange the activities for pan india employees for engaging them and Creating the attractive mail communication for the same.
  • Getting feedback from the employees.

Soft skills requirement:

  • People Skills
  • Strong Communication Skills
  • Methodical problem solving Skills
  • Presentation Skills

Tools/Technologies:-

  • MS Excel ( 7/10), PowerPoint, Word, Power BI
  • Strong  knowledge of Performance  Management system and Advanced Excel.

Location– Mumbai

Budget-  4.5LPA – 5LPA

Payroll– Onroll Position

Notice – 15Days/Immediate

Qualification – MBA preferred

Experience – 2-7yrs

  • HCT creation/Created dashboards on HR metrics like retention & attrition, RPE & CPE trend and/Service evaluation at Zonal/Regional levels, by criterions (Age, Gender, Department, Business Units).
  • Actionable insights generation for leadership to formulate
  • Policies and drive decision making to ensure business growth, achieve operational excellence.
