Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of activities, including branch establishment, process adherence, achieving business targets, managing loan portfolio risks, recruitment, staff training, and reporting to the Regional Manager.
Qualifications:
- Graduate/MBA
- 4-10 years of experience in MFI or NBFC-MFI
- Preferably, candidates with a background as Area Heads or Senior Branch Managers are encouraged to apply
