Responsibilities:
- As the Franchise Sales Manager, you will be the face of the company and responsible for creating and executing an effective sales strategy to boost franchise sales.
- Work towards the mutual success of both the franchisor and franchisee by identifying franchising opportunities and providing continuous support to franchisees.
- Analyze investment criteria and financial accounts to develop marketing strategies that attract potential franchisees and explore new markets.
- Create budget plans for franchise growth and ensure their effective implementation.
- Establish and oversee a franchise structure for a free subscription-based, advertising-supported facsimile publication.
- Achieve growth targets by generating qualified leads and converting them into successful franchises.
- Design and implement a strategic business plan to expand the company’s market base and strengthen its presence.
- Take charge of recruiting, setting objectives, and monitoring the performance of the sales representatives.
- Foster strong, long-lasting relationships among all stakeholders involved, including clients and franchisees.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while keeping track of the competition’s status in different markets.
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs, ensuring that our offerings meet the demands of potential clients.
- Arrange and participate in business meetings with prospective clients to showcase the benefits of our franchise opportunities.
- Prepare and manage sales contracts while ensuring compliance with legal rules and guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, revenue, invoices, and other important data.
- Provide reliable after-sales support and gather feedback to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Nurture and develop entry-level staff to become valuable salespeople for the organization.
Requirements and Skills:
- Proven working experience as a Business Developer/Franchise Sales Manager.
- Demonstrated sales track record with a focus on achieving targets and driving results.
- Experience in customer support is an advantage, showcasing your commitment to excellent service.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) to effectively manage sales processes and data.
- Strong market knowledge to identify business opportunities and potential franchisees.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
- Effective time management and planning skills to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
- A degree in business administration, sales, or a relevant field will be beneficial.
