Job post: Relationship Manager – Affordable Housing, LAP
Fedfina, a leading financial institution, is currently seeking a Relationship Manager for our Affordable Housing and Loan Against Property (LAP) division in Jodhpur. Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with clients in the affordable housing and LAP segment in Jodhpur.
- Identify potential customers and proactively reach out to them to understand their financial needs.
- Provide personalized financial solutions and assistance to clients based on their requirements.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the Affordable Housing and LAP portfolio.
- Guide clients through the loan application process and ensure timely documentation and completion.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth loan disbursement and post-disbursement services.
- Stay updated with market trends, competition, and regulatory changes related to affordable housing and LAP.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve any queries or concerns raised by clients.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience as a Relationship Manager in the affordable housing or LAP segment.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of affordable housing and LAP products and services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
- Ability to understand and analyze customer financial needs and provide suitable solutions.
- Self-motivated and result-oriented with a drive for achieving sales goals.
- Proficient in using MS Office applications.
