Job Overview:-

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Cluster Manager Sales at HDB Financial. The Cluster Manager Sales will be responsible for leading a team of sales executives and driving business growth within the assigned cluster.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of sales executives, providing guidance, training, and support to achieve sales targets and objectives.
• Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies, plans, and initiatives to drive business growth and increase market share within the assigned cluster.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, channel partners, and other stakeholders to enhance customer satisfaction and maximize sales opportunities

 Location– Kharagpur (West Bangal) – Commercial Vehicle  Loan  Finance
