As a Customer Service Executive – Retail Asset Inbound, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and support to our retail asset customers
Work experience- 1 to 4 years (freshers may apply)
Candidate profile-
- Excellent communication and email writing skills
- Should have prior background in Customer service
- The role bearer is to ensure all the customers are attended to & resolution is given within defined TAT
Products- Loans, Savings Accounts, Credit Card
Work Location- Noida Sec 132 Customer Contact Center
Age Criteria- Up to 28 years
Education– Graduate/Post Graduate
