1. Zonal Manager (North ) – location Delhi NCR
2. Centralized compliance Manager Admin (Head office Admin processes governance role ) location – Pune
3. Admin Field executive for Rajasthan, Gujrat, M.P and Maharashtra
4. Admin Utility / Branch Expanses -Pune
5. Facility executive – Pune
6. FOE – Pune (from hotel management).
Position Overview:-
As a Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our organization. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and managing key accounts. Your goal will be to generate revenue and increase the market share of our NBFC company.
Responsibilities:-
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the market to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs and providing appropriate solutions.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential business prospects.
- Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to penetrate new markets and expand our customer base.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as credit, operations, and legal, to ensure smooth onboarding and servicing of clients.
For all the above roles, only NBFC / banking experience is a must except FOE.
