As an HR Business Partner at Kotak Mahindra Bank in Hyderabad, you will play a crucial role in partnering with the organization’s leadership to develop and implement innovative HR solutions that align with business objectives. Here are some key responsibilities:

  1. Strategic HR Solutions: Collaborate closely with the leadership team to create and implement HR initiatives such as mobility, compensation, staffing, and career development to drive business success.
  2. Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong and trusting relationships with leadership teams to effectively address organizational HR matters and provide guidance and support.
  3. Data Analysis: Analyze HR data to produce regular reports that track and measure performance, allowing for data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.

  7. Travel for HR Assignments: Be prepared to travel to other states like Telangana, Tamil Nadu, and Karnataka for HR-related assignments.

  • HR Systems and Databases: Proficiency in HR systems and databases to effectively manage HR-related information and data.
  • Problem-solving and Communication Skills: Advanced problem-solving abilities and strong communication skills to effectively address challenges and interact with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Fast-paced Environment: Ability to thrive and manage work efficiently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • MBA in HR: Compulsory educational qualification of an MBA in HR to bring the required knowledge and expertise to the role.
