About the Role:

As the Zonal Collections Manager, you will be responsible for leading the collections and recovery efforts for the West zone, specifically focusing on early buckets in vehicle financing. You will play a vital role in maximizing collections efficiency, reducing delinquencies, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute effective collections strategies to reduce delinquency and improve early bucket collections.
• Lead a team of collections professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and performance management.
• Monitor portfolio performance, identify areas of improvement, and implement strategies to optimize collections efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, risk management, and legal, to drive effective collections processes.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, ensuring timely and accurate communication regarding payment obligations.
• Analyze data and generate reports on collections performance, trends, and key metrics for management review.
• Stay updated on industry best practices, regulatory changes, and technological advancements in collections management.
• Drive continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance collections operations and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
