This role involves working across the bank’s branches and offices spread throughout India.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Post Graduates in any discipline (Excluding Post Graduate Diplomas/One year Executive-MBA).
- Graduates in Agricultural Science.
- Graduates in Law.
- MBA in Marketing/Finance (Preferable). (Qualifications must be from a University/Institution/Board recognized by Govt. of India/UGC/other Govt. regulatory bodies).
Applicants should hold a Post-Graduate or Graduate degree in the specified categories as of August 1, 2023. Candidates currently awaiting results or pursuing post-graduation are not eligible to apply.
Age Limit:
Maximum age of 28 years as of August 1, 2023. Candidates must have been born on or after August 2, 1995. The age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST candidates.
Application Fee:
- General Candidates: ₹800/- plus applicable GST.
- SC/ST Candidates: ₹700/- plus applicable GST.
Selection Process:
Candidates will undergo an Online Test, tentatively scheduled in September 2023 at various centers including Bengaluru, Chennai, Dharwad/Hubballi, Hyderabad, Mangaluru, Mumbai, Mysuru, New Delhi, and Shivamogga. Successful candidates from the online test will be invited for an interview at the Bank’s Head Office in Mangaluru or another designated location. Selected candidates will be required to sign a bond committing to a minimum of three years of service.
Appointment, Role & Emoluments:
Selected candidates will participate in an ‘Induction Training Programme’ at the Bank’s Staff Training College in Mangaluru or another specified location, at their own cost. Following the successful completion of the training, candidates will be appointed as Officers in various fields such as General Banking, Agriculture Field Officer (AFO), Law Officer, or Marketing Officer. A probationary period of one year will be undertaken, and upon satisfactory completion, candidates will be confirmed. The current Cost to Company (CTC) will be around ₹100,000/- per month.
