Qualification and Experience:

  • Post-Graduate in any discipline (Ph.D. preferred), with a minimum of 55% marks
  • MBA with teaching experience in the executive education domain is advantageous
  • Minimum 3 years of teaching experience, preferably in the executive education domain
  • Proactive with exceptional teaching abilities and strong communication skills

Job Profile and Responsibilities:

The selected candidate will actively participate in training activities at the institute, including:

  • Developing leadership capabilities of Top/Senior Executives from various banks and financial institutions.
  • Teaching subjects in the leadership development area.
  • Academic administration activities as required by the institute.
  • Designing and delivering training interventions to address leadership skill gaps.
  • Ensuring continuous improvement of training content and methodologies.
  • Imparting training workshops in leadership development areas.
  • Evaluating training effectiveness and making necessary improvements.
  • Promoting the institute and its programs to achieve maximum training effectiveness.

Remuneration:

  • Annual CTC, negotiable based on experience and current payments.
  • CTC comprises 70% fixed and 30% variable pay.
  • An appraisal is conducted every six months, and variable pay is paid only for completed periods.
  • Performance-based variable pay structure with varying percentages for different performance levels.
