We are currently seeking a dedicated Product Sales Manager specializing in Non-Resident (NR) clients for our Retail Banking division in Patna, Bihar. This role presents a unique opportunity to work in a collaborative environment, driving growth and fostering valuable relationships.
Role Overview
As a Product Sales Manager, you will be at the forefront of our efforts to acquire new NR clients, working closely with the branch and sales channels. Your responsibilities will extend to crafting effective marketing plans and incentive programs to engage both resident clients for referrals and employees for successful closures. Additionally, you will take ownership of targets for Foreign Exchange (FX), Current Accounts and Savings Accounts (CASA), and Term Deposits (TD). Identifying clients with the potential for increased balances/transactions and driving enhanced engagement will also be key components of your role. You will collaborate with area managers and Regional Business Managers (RBM) to pinpoint areas of improvement and focus for meeting targets.
Job Requirements

- Customer-centric Approach: Demonstrate the capability to collaborate seamlessly with all units involved in the customer service cycle, ensuring a seamless experience that delights clients.

- Client Understanding: Gain a deep understanding of client nuances and facilitate a seamless handover process to the NR team.
- Campaign Leadership: Possess the ability to inspire and collaborate with sales channels, spearheading impactful campaigns.
