Role and Responsibilities:
Regional Sales Manager – Liabilities:
- Lead and manage the sales team in your designated region (Maharashtra / Tamil Nadu / Bhar Jharkhand).
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
- Build and nurture relationships with customers to drive customer acquisition and retention.
- Monitor market trends, identify opportunities, and provide insights for product development.
Area Sales Manager – Liabilities:
- Oversee the sales activities for Liabilities products across the country.
- Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team to achieve business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and enhance customer experience.
- Analyze market data and competition to formulate effective sales strategies.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven experience in sales management within the banking or financial services sector.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Analytical mindset and strategic thinker.
