Position Overview:
We are currently seeking highly skilled and motivated individuals to join our Audit Department in the role of Senior/Assistant Manager. As a Senior/Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for leading and executing complex audit engagements, managing a team of professionals, and providing strategic guidance to clients.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage audit engagements, including planning, execution, and completion, ensuring compliance with applicable accounting and auditing standards.
- Review and analyze financial statements, internal controls, and related documentation to identify risks, assess their impact, and develop appropriate audit procedures.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to a team of audit professionals, including assigning tasks, reviewing work papers, and providing timely feedback to promote their professional development.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business operations, financial reporting processes, and internal control environments, and provide value-added recommendations to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stay updated on industry developments, regulatory changes, and emerging audit trends to enhance the quality and relevance of audit services provided.
