Position: Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager HR
Location: Saharanpur, Uttar Pradesh
Role and responsibilities:
As an Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager HR, you will play a pivotal role in managing and enhancing the human resources function within the organization. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Implementing HR policies and procedures in line with organizational goals.
- Handling end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Conducting employee orientation and ensuring a seamless integration process.
- Coordinating performance management systems to drive productivity and growth.
- Managing employee relations, addressing grievances, and fostering a positive work environment.
- Facilitating training and development programs for skill enhancement.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ years of HR experience in an MFI or NBFC.
- MBA in Human Resources (mandatory).
- Strong understanding of HR principles, policies, and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and MS Office Suite.
Age limit: Up to 35 years
