This role focuses on driving sales and business growth in the commercial vehicle loan finance segment. As a Cluster Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of sales professionals and achieving sales targets within your assigned cluster.

Responsibilities:-

Sales Management:-

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales executives, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance.
  • Monitor sales activities, track progress, and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, set individual and team targets, and provide feedback to ensure sales targets are met or exceeded.

Business Development:-

  • Identify and target potential customers in the commercial vehicle loan finance sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, dealerships, and industry stakeholders to drive business growth.
  • Stay updated with market trends, competitors’ activities, and customer preferences to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead in the market.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop effective sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and product positioning.

Customer Relationship Management:-

  • Provide exceptional customer service, address client queries, and resolve any issues to ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor customer feedback and market trends to improve product offerings and enhance customer experience.
  • Conduct regular customer visits, understand their requirements, and propose suitable financial solutions.
