Your Responsibilities:
- As an Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing day-to-day operations at our Jharkhand/West Bengal branches.
- Drive business growth and achieve targets by effectively promoting our financial products and services to potential customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs and offering appropriate solutions.
- Lead, mentored, and motivate a team of dedicated associates to ensure efficient branch operations and a focus on delivering results.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, identify areas of improvement, and provide necessary training to enhance the team’s capabilities.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to strategize and stay ahead in the microfinance industry.
Your Profile:
- You hold an MBA/PGDM degree, equipping you with the knowledge and skills required to excel in the financial domain.
- With 1 to 3 years of experience in a relevant field, you possess a deep understanding of financial products and services.
- Strong leadership abilities and a collaborative mindset empower you to inspire and guide your team effectively.
- Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills enable you to build rapport with clients and team members alike.
- You are results-oriented, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
