  • Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience in the area of Corporate Finance / Corporate Credit (Sanction/ Credit Monitoring). Preference will be given to those with banking experience, but similar experience in any NBFC is also acceptable.

Job Profile and Key Result Areas (KRAs):

The Credit Financial Analyst’s job profile includes activities related to post-sanction credit monitoring, analysis of data for asset quality improvement, analyzing external data sources’ impact on asset quality, performance analysis of large business groups, and various analytical tasks. The analyst is expected to work closely with the DGM (Analytics) and other departments.

Remuneration:

The Credit Financial Analyst will receive emoluments of approximately ₹63840-1990/5-73790-2220/2-78230 as per the scale of pay applicable to the scale. Other perks like DA, HRA, CCA, Provident Fund, Medical Facility, etc., will also be provided.

Selection Process:

The selection process includes shortlisting based on eligibility criteria and experience. Shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview, which will carry 100 marks. The merit list will be prepared based on interview scores.
