As an Officer/Sr Officer HRBP, you will play a vital role in managing recruitment and HR operations within the organization. This includes overseeing volume hiring and mass recruitment, ensuring smooth operations, and managing stakeholder relationships. Additionally, you will be responsible for conducting employees’ house verification to maintain the integrity of the workforce.

Responsibilities and Opportunities:

  1. Recruitment and HR Operations: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires. Coordinate with various departments to ensure a smooth recruitment experience. Additionally, handle HR operations tasks such as employee data management, documentation, and compliance.
