Position: Area Sales Manager

Area of Operation: Nagaur, Paota, Merta City, Deoli, Phagi, Kota (Rajasthan)

Department: Business Operations

Responsibilities:

As an Area Sales Manager in our Microfinance Business, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and leading teams across assigned areas/sectors/clusters to achieve deeper market penetration and expand our reach in semi-urban and rural areas.
  • Utilizing your expertise in the Microfinance sector, acquired through at least 5 years of relevant experience, to handle multiple areas of operations and drive business success.
  • Collaborating with your team to identify opportunities and strategies that lead to sustainable business growth.
  • Cultivating strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Implementing effective sales strategies and ensuring their successful execution to achieve business objectives.
  • Keeping abreast of market trends and competition to make informed decisions and stay ahead in the market.
  • Nurturing a positive and motivating work environment that encourages teamwork and fosters professional growth.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Microfinance business, showcasing your expertise in various areas of operations and achieving business targets.
  • Graduate/Postgraduate qualification, which enhances your understanding of financial concepts and strategies.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively lead teams and collaborate with stakeholders.
  • A deep understanding of the Microfinance industry and the ability to identify potential business opportunities.
  • Proven track record of delivering results and driving business growth in a competitive environment.
