Location: Biharsharif/Nalanda in Bihar
Responsibilities:
- Post: Branch Manager Sales: Lead and manage a sales team, develop and execute sales strategies, achieve sales targets, build and maintain relationships with clients, and drive business growth.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in retail assets, including Affordable housing loans, LAP/Mortgages, BL, or similar financial products.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Sound knowledge of credit assessment, risk management, and lending practices
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
