Job Description:
We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional HR Manager to join our team. As a Regional HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources functions across multiple locations within your assigned region. You will work closely with the senior management team to develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and initiatives that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement regional HR strategies, policies, and procedures that support the overall business objectives.
- Collaborate with senior management to understand organizational needs and develop HR initiatives to drive employee engagement, productivity, and retention.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting qualified candidates for various positions within the region.
- Conduct onboarding and orientation programs for new employees to ensure a smooth integration into the company.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, employee relations, and conflict resolution.
- Coordinate and oversee employee training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge across the region.
- Monitor and evaluate HR metrics, such as employee turnover, satisfaction, and productivity, and implement strategies to address any identified issues.
- Stay up to date with relevant employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance and mitigate legal risks.
- Collaborate with the HR team at the corporate office to streamline processes, share best practices, and implement standardized HR practices across the organization.
- Maintain accurate HR records and prepare reports as required.
Location – Haryana (Gurgaon, Kurukshetra, Panipat)
The incumbent should have minimum 2-4 years of experience in field hiring, bulk hiring, induction training & HR operations work. Looking for experienced candidates from NBFC Industry.
