We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated HR Manager to join our team at [Company Name]. As the HR Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping our organization’s success by implementing effective HR strategies and practices.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures: You will be responsible for creating, updating, and maintaining HR policies and procedures that align with the company’s goals and ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Recruitment and talent acquisition: Lead the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding. Develop strategies to attract and retain top talent and ensure a diverse and inclusive workforce.
- Employee relations and engagement: Foster a positive work environment by promoting employee relations initiatives, resolving conflicts, and addressing employee concerns. Implement programs to enhance employee engagement, morale, and productivity.
Location – Ahmedabad
CTC – upto 30L
Experience- MBA HR with a Minimum of 8 to 10 years exp in HR. Two years of international human resource experience would be preferred.
Brief -This is an International Human Resource Manager position to manage all International HR Service Delivery, in terms of HR Budget Preparation and Tracking, Performance Management, Workforce Planning, Policy Formulation, and Execution.
Manage the PMS cycles across markets, Workforce planning, Policy Integration, and Strategic Compensation.
Active involvement in M&A Due diligence as and when required. Assumes corporate responsibility for the development of company guidelines, policies and procedures.
