Location-Mumbai
- Lead Digital Sourcing business with a focus on business loans to MSMEs sourced digitally through channel partners
- Lead business dev targeting internet companies, fintech, and other potential ecosystem players for sourcing business loans digitally
- Setting up systems and processes for a scalable business vertical
- Manage and build the team with a focus on execution to achieve business objectives
- Responsible for business volumes and ensuring scale-up of the business
- Exploring new avenues of growth and launching new programs and loan journeys in collaboration with channel partners
- Lead key partner negotiations and alignment on commercials, tech, and operational processes.
- Ensuring smooth flow of operations and managing escalations.
- Maintaining high standards of governance for the business and keeping credit, operational and regulatory risk under check
