We are Hiring Hr. Office & Payroll for Auto OEM (Halol Plant)

Role:

To develop and maintain positive relationships with the employees, and to handle day-to-day employee issues in order to maintain industrial peace.

1. To handle day-to-day employee issues like absenteeism, discipline, etc.

2. To handle employee complaints, manage grievance procedures, and facilitate counseling in conjunction with other stakeholders.

3. Scanning #ER Environment inside and outside and feeding back to the system for appropriate actions.

4. Assisting in #labourcompliances and legal issues either pending in court or tribunals.

5. Managing #Union Relationships, grievance handling, disciplinary management

6. Developing relationships with workmen and their family members and providing suitable engagement programs as per requirements

7. Collaborating with departments for creating a high-productivity work environment

8. To assist in harmonious Industrial relations.

9. To liaison with government officials and local opinion makers.

10. Assist in the deployment of Long term settlement points.

11. To handle the Mediclaim process of the workmen including renewal.

Ideal Candidate:

1. MSW / PGDM in Personnel Management / Industrial Relations.

2. Good knowledge of Labour Laws and the Factory Act.

3. Interpersonal Skills, Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,

Conflict Management.

4. Strong exposure to Union Management, grievance handling, and disciplinary action with Statutory
