We are currently seeking a talented and enthusiastic Relationship Officer (RO) to join our team in Mysore, Mandya, and Hassan. If you have a passion for the housing industry and helping individuals achieve their dreams of owning a home, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Responsibilities:

• Act as a primary point of contact for potential home loan applicants in Mysore, Mandya, and Hassan.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, providing personalized assistance throughout the loan application process.
• Assess client financial information and eligibility for home loans.
• Explain loan options and terms to clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth and efficient loan approval process.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the team.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in the home loan or mortgage industry.
• Strong knowledge of home loan products, policies, and procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
• Sound financial analysis and decision-making abilities.
• The result-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve targets.
