Responsibilities:
- Act as a primary point of contact for potential home loan applicants in Mysore, Mandya, and Hassan.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, providing personalized assistance throughout the loan application process.
- Assess client financial information and eligibility for home loans.
- Explain loan options and terms to clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth and efficient loan approval process.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the team.
- Proven experience in the home loan or mortgage industry.
- Strong knowledge of home loan products, policies, and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
- Sound financial analysis and decision-making abilities.
- The result-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve targets.
