Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR professional with a background in the NBFC or banking industry to join our team in Jaipur. As an HR Professional at SK Finance Ltd., you will play a vital role in managing and enhancing our human resources functions to support our overall business objectives. Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with the organization’s goals and regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and on boarding candidates for various positions in the organization.
  • Design and deliver effective training and development programs to enhance the skills and competencies of employees in alignment with business needs.
  • Manage employee performance appraisal systems, ensuring objective evaluations and feedback mechanisms are in place.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR-related matters, including employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary actions

Requirements-

Experience – 3-5 years

Location – Jaipur

Industry – NBFC/Banking

Qualification- MBA in HR
