Roles and Responsibilities

  • Conduct functional/behavioral training & building contents for new hires and existing employees .
  • Conduct regular dip-checks with business to identify knowledge gaps & recommend learning solution
  • Partner with business to do TNI assessments product, process, platform, price ,tools, soft skills etc.
  • Partner in creating in house content & successfully driving our signature programs
  • Coordinate & Liasioning with vendors for training requirements.
  • Publishing monthly training calendar with business.
  • Report ROI on training, man days & periodic improvements
  • Driving campaign for consuming content on LMS.

 Requirements:-

·         Minimum 4 to 7 years of experience in functional/soft skill training

·         Excellent business communication skills (verbal, body language, presentation)

·         Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong ability to influence people

·         Process & quality orientation

·         Proactive attitude, commitment & ownership

·         Preferred from BFSI background
